Some things are worth the journey. The Long Road IPA is double dry hopped with Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic — three of the most celebrated hops in the game — and it shows. This is a full-flavoured, unapologetically hoppy IPA with a malt backbone strong enough to hold it all together and just enough of an ABV kick to remind you it means business. Not for the faint-hearted. Very much for the hop-hearted.

• Aroma: An explosive hit of citrus fruits and fresh pine — bold, resinous, and deeply satisfying
• Palate: Layers of tropical citrus, a firm malt backbone, and a building hop bitterness with a subtle warmth from the alcohol
• Finish: Long, resinous, and bitter — the kind of finish that lives up to the name

Food Pairings Stands up brilliantly to strong flavours — blue cheese, spicy curries, BBQ brisket, or a proper dirty burger. Big beer, big food, big night.

Serving Suggestion Best served cold at 6–8°C in a pint glass or IPA tulip. Take your time with this one — it's been on a long road to get here.
