Don't let the name fool you — this one's smarter than it looks. The Clever Plucker is a Session New England IPA that's light on bitterness but absolutely bursting with tropical fruit and citrus. All the flavour of a big IPA, none of the next-morning regrets. We'd call it the thinking person's session beer, but honestly it goes down too easy to overthink it.

Tasting Notes

• Aroma: A proper fruit bowl — orange, passionfruit, and mango hitting you like a hot Irish summer (all two days of it)
• Palate: Soft, hazy, and lusciously tropical with low bitterness and a juicy, pillowy mouthfeel
• Finish: Clean and refreshing with a lingering citrus glow that keeps you coming back

Food Pairings Brilliant with spicy Asian dishes, fish tacos, grilled chicken, or a big bowl of something Thai. Also pairs exceptionally well with doing absolutely nothing on a sunny afternoon.

Serving Suggestion Best served cold at 4–6°C straight from the can or poured gently into a wide-rimmed glass to let those aromas off the lead.
